Service / Maintenance Technicians

You should have working knowledge and experience in plumbing, electrical, light carpentry and HVAC/R. You must be available for on-call rotation on an average of one week each month.

Grounds/Landscaping

  • Are self-motivated and reliable
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation
  • Exhibit professional appearance and a positive, “can do” attitude
  • Convey an understanding of customer service
  • Have a positive work ethic
